Dear Lionel & Camber Creek Team,

It has been a pleasure learning more about Camber Creek as you approach your 15th year in business. With a strong portfolio including SERHANT., Whale, and HappyCo, the credibility is clear.

The opportunity now is amplification. Your podcast, operator network, and market perspective represent real influence, but the digital media system around them can be more structured, more visible, and more intentional.

Based on your note, this proposal outlines a practical partnership to support podcast short-form, select on-site production, publication writing, and ongoing social positioning. Our goal is not volume. It is visibility with intention.

Sincerely,

VCA & All Good

Content Marketing & Video Strategy Proposal

Empowering Ambitious Brands Through Visual Storytelling

At Visual Content Agency, we help established brands translate real-world influence into structured digital presence.

We were referred to Camber Creek through our production partner, All Good Productions, and we collaborate closely to deliver high-end capture when on-site production is needed.

We are a San Diego-based team founded by Amy Hadrys and Vincent Apodaca, built on a simple promise: show up, do the work, and make your story look as credible online as it is in real life.

For Camber Creek, that means transforming existing credibility into consistent, thoughtful visibility, with an institutional tone and a system your team can sustain.

Camber Creek

Today on Social + Media

Camber Creek has built meaningful credibility in PropTech through long-term conviction, an operator network, and a consistent point of view.

Today, the building blocks for a strong external presence already exist.

  1. Catalyst (podcast): a steady source of founder-grade conversations
  2. LinkedIn: the right audience for LP and founder visibility
  3. YouTube: a home for long-form, with clear upside in distribution

On-Site Production (2–3 times per year)

Camber Creek already has the credibility. On-site production is how we capture high-signal moments (events, operators, portfolio wins) at a quality level that matches the brand.

Why it is worth it

  • Creates a library of premium assets you can use all year
  • Captures operator and founder conversations that do not happen on Zoom
  • Gives the podcast and social cadence a burst of momentum that compounds </aside>

Use cases (examples)

  • Trade show and conference coverage
  • Conference capture model (rapid interviews + same-week cutdowns)
  • Exclusive interviews (executives, LPs, portfolio founders)

Typical outputs per shoot

  • 1 long-form interview or episode (optional, based on the moment)
  • 6–10 short-form clips
  • Social-ready cutdowns for a 4–6 week distribution cycle

Production and travel are quoted separately based on location, schedule, and crew needs.

Optional Add-On: Brand Video (Recommended)

A brand video gives Camber Creek a single, high-quality core asset that makes the value of the firm immediately clear.

It lives on the website, supports inbound conversations, and becomes the source material for months of short-form and social cutdowns.

Important: When brand video assets are produced, the creative adaptation for social (cutdowns, captions, and posting per channel) is included in the content distribution work for Tier 2 and Tier 3.

Best time to do this

After the Strategy Roadmap is complete, so the video reflects the right positioning and message.

What it includes

  • Pre-production: creative brief, concept, scripting, interview prompts, and storyboard
  • Production: 1 shoot day (or 2 half-days) for interviews and b-roll (location TBD)
  • Post-production: 1 hero brand video (~2 minutes) + social cutdowns (15–60 seconds)
  • Rollout support: recommended distribution plan across LinkedIn, YouTube, and owned channels

Investment

Estimated starting at $15,000 (quoted separately; final scope based on video production days, travel, and revision rounds).

Next Steps

If this direction feels right, we recommend starting with Tier 2 so everything feels connected: podcast clips, social writing, and annual publication support, with room to add on-site production when it matters.

To finalize scope and timeline, we will confirm:

  • A link to a recent podcast episode that best represents Camber Creek
  • The primary channel to prioritize first (we recommend LinkedIn)
  • Whether there is an existing editor or production partner to keep in place
